Price lists

Every trip has one or more prices, and anglers choose one when they book. A price can be for each angler or for the whole boat, fixed or by the hour. If several trips cost the same, save the prices once as a price list and use it on each of them.

Make a price list

Only the owner or an admin can change prices. Everyone else on your team can see them.

1. Go to Settings, then Price lists. On a phone, Settings is under More.
2. Tap Add a price list.
3. Give it a List name. Anglers never see it.
4. Under What anglers pay, fill in each price. Tap Add a price for another.
5. Tap Save price list.

Each angler or the whole boat?

Each price has a Price name, like Adult or Under 16, and a Price. Then pick who it’s for and how it’s charged.

Under Price is for:

• Each angler sells places. Several anglers or groups can book the same date until it’s full.
• Whole boat sells every place in one booking, so nobody else can join. On a trip that isn’t on a boat, it’s called Private. Anglers booking it say how many are coming, so you know who to expect.

Under Charged:

• Fixed price is the same however long the date runs.
• By the hour follows the length of the trip. For each angler, they pay that much per hour. For the whole boat, they choose how many hours, between the fewest and the most you set.

A trip can have both kinds. The whole boat can then only be booked on a date nobody has booked yet.

Use a price list on a trip

1. Open the trip, then Prices and booking.
2. Under Prices, pick the list.

While a trip uses a list, you change its prices on the list. Tap Edit price list to go there.

To give one trip different prices, pick Prices just for this trip. It starts as a copy of the list, and when you save, the trip stops using the list.

Which list do new trips start on?

The first list you make is marked Used for new trips. To start new trips on another list, tap Use for new trips on it. Trips you’ve already made keep their prices. Each list shows the trips that use it.

Change or delete a list

Tap Edit on the list, make your changes and tap Save changes. Every trip that uses it changes too. Bookings already made keep the price they were booked at.

To delete a list, tap Edit, then Delete, and confirm with Delete price list. Its trips keep its prices as their own. If it was the list for new trips, another of your lists takes its place.
