Fishing charter booking software. Fill the boat, not your inbox.
Your own booking website, where anglers pick a date with places left on the boat and pay by card, any time of day. You get the booking, not another message asking if Saturday’s still on.

Whole boat booked: Sat 14 Jun
now
A party of 8 has the boat for wreck fishing. £150 deposit paid.
Places or the whole boat
Share the boat, or sell all of it.
Sell each place on the boat and let anglers book one or several until it’s full. Or let one party have the whole boat. A whole-boat booking only goes on a date nobody else has booked, so a shared trip is never bumped.

Booking a date with every place free: an angler picks the whole boat for £750 for a party of 8, pays a £150 deposit now and the rest a week before.

Deposits and refunds
Paid before you cast off.
Choose how anglers pay and what they get back if they cancel. They read and agree to your terms when they book.
A deposit when they book
Take a share of the price by card when they book, or the full price if you’d rather.
The rest, your way
Have the rest paid to you on the day, or taken from their card a set number of days before. Gillie emails them first.
Refunds you decide
A full refund up to so many days before, less closer to the trip, then none. After that they can still move to another date.
Ask me first
Approve whole-boat bookings or big parties before they’re confirmed. Their card is held, and only charged when you accept.
Straight to your bank
Stripe pays into your own account, then your bank. Gillie never holds the money and takes no commission.
Booked by phone?
Add the booking yourself so its places are counted, and send the angler a link to pay by card.
Your crew and your boat
Run the boat as a team.
Every date says where you meet and which skipper runs it, and the skipper sees who’s booked. Anglers get the meeting spot in their reminder the evening before.

Stop bookingsCall off
A date on the calendar: meeting at the west pontoon, Dan Hughes as the guide, and one party with the whole boat, with Call off beside Stop bookings.
On Pro, every skipper gets their own sign-in
Each skipper adds their time off, and their dates come off sale
Everyone who books stays in your customer list, with your notes
Say you hold liability insurance, and anglers see it when they book
Weather calls
Too rough to sail? Everyone hears in one go.
Tap the date, tap Call off and add a note, like “Strong southerly, too rough to fish safely.” Everyone booked gets your note and a few other dates with room.
The forecast on every date
See the wind and weather for each date before you decide.
Move for free
Anglers pick a new date from their booking page, and their places move with them.
Or a full refund
They can take their money back instead. No answer in time? Gillie refunds them in full.
Paying on the day?
Their booking is simply cancelled, with nothing to refund.
Questions
Before you start.
Do you take a cut of each booking?
No. Anglers pay you through your own Stripe account, and only Stripe’s card fee comes off.
Can I keep my FishingBooker listing?
Yes. Plenty of skippers keep a marketplace listing for new anglers and send their regulars to their own website. See how the two compare.
Do anglers need an account?
No. They book with their name and email, and manage their booking from the link in their email.
Will my website show up on Google?
Once you make it public, yes. Until then it’s private, and you can show it to friends with a link or password.
What does it cost?
Free to start, with 10 online bookings a month. Pro is £29 a month, with no booking limit, your own domain and your team. Neither takes commission. Compare the plans.
